A Life Less Common
On this journey of life,
Where experiences are too rife,
Looking for a moment to summon,
To make this life less common
A design justifying existence,
And purpose in near distance,
Inhibitions becoming uncommon,
Making this life less common
A sojourn without desertion,
A task brought to completion,
Love and courage to summon,
To make this life less common.
And when the end is near,
Looking back makes it clear,
All the actions uncommon,
Have made this life less common.

Little did I know,
That in all the friends I had
There was among us commons,
A very talented lad
Solving the Rubik's cube,
Is in itself pretty hard
But I never even imagined,
That he'll turn out to be a bard!
